Job Description

● Manage the creation, development and introduction of our product. ● Become a domain expert by understanding customers and influences, evaluation and production processes and transfer that knowledge to the product development and marketing. ● Rapidly develop test/learn plans to successfully drive business results and recommendations regarding product positioning and promotion. ● Serve as a key partner to the product management and production teams, helping them craft, define and modify our road map based on both user and market activity. ● Conduct pricing analysis and revise pricing models accordingly to drive customer acquisition and retention. ● Manage, oversee and prioritize workload effectively, escalate when needed. ● Develop, launch, and manage product sampling program. ● Reviews competitive market data across marketing channels to influence future project work. ● Closely partner with Product Brand Sales to ensure alignment and consistency with customer facing communications. ● Analyze product design and features and translate into tangible consumer benefits for marketing and advertising efforts. ● Reviews and oversees descriptive materials and training procedures for the staff actually engaged in selling the product to the customer. ● Through an understanding of product feedback and client needs, help shape product road maps and market strategies that align to corporate objectives. ● Plan, perform and coordinate all foreign commercial affairs such as sourcing, correspondence, negotiating, ordering, contracting, custom releasing and etc. ● Prepare purchase orders, request bid proposals, and review requisitions for goods and services. ● Research and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability, reliability, production and distribution capabilities, and the suppliers reputation and history.

Requirements

● University qualifications: BSc. in Metallurgy engineering or other related engineering. ● Nature and length of previous experience: more than 5 years. Specialist knowledge: ● Oral Comprehension: — The ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences. ● Oral Expression — The ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand. ● Speech Recognition — The ability to identify and understand the speech of another person. ● Written Comprehension — The ability to read and understand information and ideas presented in writing. ● Deductive Reasoning — The ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense. ● Inductive Reasoning — The ability to combine pieces of information to form general rules or conclusions (includes finding a relationship among seemingly unrelated events). ● Speech Clarity — The ability to speak clearly so others can understand you. ● Fluency of Ideas — The ability to come up with a number of ideas about a topic (the number of ideas is important, not their quality, correctness, or creativity). ● Near Vision — The ability to see details at close range (within a few feet of the observer). ● Problem Sensitivity — The ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong. It does not involve solving the problem, only recognizing there is a problem.
