List of responsibilities:
- Review the orders and issue requested invoices
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Reporting to: COO
- Length of Probation Period: 1 Month
- Working hours: Saturday - Thursday 8am-5pm

- Ascertain that up to date profiles and SOPs are provided to all endorsed service providers to ensure proper import and export clearance
- Communicate with Customs brokers, provide and review tariff code information and instructions related to international shipments (inbound and outbound)
- Participate in, develop and conduct training activities for individuals and groups pertaining to import and export regulations
- Interact effectively with multiple functional areas including management, supply chain, distribution, engineering, finance, IT and legal
- Operate as trained backup in Export Managers absence
- Perform Administrative tasks: copying, filing, faxing, scanning
- Is secondary contact for and works with the corporate Global Trade Compliance team
Requirements
- Ideal age is 24 - 39
- Ideal Education subject is Commerce and business
- At least 3 years of experience.
- Good communication skills.
- Familiar with internal commercial and procurement terms.
- Familiar with contract and negotiation skills.
- Professional in Office software (Excel is important).
- Ability to Manage Time and Meet Deadlines.
