Job Description

Objective: Professional commercial manager, import and export expert, project manager Main responsibilities: -Taking care of the purchase orders received from the internal departments of the company - Looking for new sources of materials, instruments and equipment - Doing the commercial paperwork and correspondence - Negotiating with the suppliers to get the best offers in terms of price and quality - Getting proforma Invoices from the suppliers and preparing the related commercial reports - Following the company procedures to get the necessary permission for purchasing the required items - Obtaining the import licenses - Following up the customs clearance process - Delivering the items to the related departments of the company - Reporting to: General Manager
