- Procuring raw material for the factory.
- Specify and evaluate supplier, assess the quotes and select the best supplier.
- Negotiate with suppliers and follow up the purchasing process.
- Providing technical analytical reports.
- Requesting quotation from different suppliers and evaluate them.
- Placing orders.
- Providing reports based on different needs.
- Negotiate with suppliers in line with the company's policies.
- Arranging with logistic transportation team to get goods from suppliers and deliver it to the factory.
- Preparing periodic supplier’s evaluation.
- Prepare contract drafts for purchasing goods or services from different sources around the world
- Review the contracts provided by different clients and leave proper and effective notes and comments on the draft at tender stage to safeguard the interests of the company
Requirements
- University Qualifications: BSc or MSc in Business or Commercial.
- Other certifications obtained: Familiar with purchasing, Good Networking ability,
- Nature and length of previous experience: 3 to 5 Years.
- Specialist knowledge: Negotiation skills, Team Working, Reporting, Hardworking,
- Soft Skills and Personality traits: Good Communication Skills, Problem Solving Skills, Time Management Skills, Good in Making Decision.
