Job Description
We are a drilling company for Oil & Gas. Our main activity is the provision of drilling services and chemical supply for national and international operators. The role includes: - Purchasing (importation) for our procurement department, mainly chemicals (Importation is straight forward, most suppliers are already part of our AVL and we are the end-user of our imported products). - Sourcing for more suppliers. - Monitoring custom clearance at the port for importation which is performed by our current custom broker. - Exportation of goods, mainly chemicals. - Identifying potential customers. - Calculating the supply chain cost to various locations.
Requirements
- Preferred university degree: At least bachelor in Commercial Management. - Ability to create reports and documents for procedures and tasks - Have excellent level of understanding of commercial terms, contracts and communication basics - Have excellent command of English both verbally and in written - Be proficient in MS Office skills - Being disciplined, hard worker and dynamic - Extremely organized and ability to work under pressure and capable of multitasking in order to meet deadlines - High level of self-motivation, analytical skills with keen eye for detail, self-reliance and team spirit - Proactive, approach towards information sourcing, solution driven personality and out of the box thinking - 3 years appropriate & professional working experience as a commercial expert
