Job Description
- Sourcing for Network, Telecom and other IT related products (across the world) - Request for quotation from trusted sources - Negotiation with suppliers - Purchase process management (contract, LC opening, shipment, customs clearance) - Handling P/I registration, banking processes, regulatory affairs, … - Suppliers’ account (financial) management - Calculating landed cost for imported items - Preparing periodic reports to CEO - Participation in management meetings - Meeting defined KPIs for the commercial division
Requirements
- Perfect knowledge of the market and Network and telecom products - Familiar with INCOTERMS and foreign commercial processes (both local and overseas processes) - Advanced level with at least 5 years management experience in commercial activities in related fields - Fluent English (verbal and written) - Familiar with international business culture - Successful history in related career - High-level communication and negotiation skills, confident decision-making ability - Ability to planning and consistent implementation - Handling of priority, advanced level of `Task and Time Management` - Reliable independent work, success-oriented, energetic personality - Ability to act with highest performance in stressful conditions - Client-facing and good communication skills - Self-motivated and Team work attitude
