As Chief Marketing Officer, you will take part in determining the strategic direction of the company. Working directly with the CEO, you will focus on planning, developing, and executing our strategic vision and marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate should be to:

  • Leverage their strategic networking skills in order to reach key organizational objectives, determine future priorities, and anticipate potential challenges.
  • Collaborate with all departments within the organization, vertically and laterally ensuring all priorities are properly aligned.
  • Generate revenue through successful marketing initiatives and ultimately helping Podro liberate digital design.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and track end-to-end acquisition, engagement, retention, and brand marketing initiatives across both sides of social commerce and Logistics.
  • Plan and optimize budget and resources across all channels-offline and online CRM, SEO, SEM, and social media.
  • Launch innovative, fully integrated marketing initiatives across digital, social, and offline.
  • Directly work with the CEO on all facts of our marketing strategy and plan or execute seamlessly in sync with the product, operations, and finance teams.
  • Collaborate with product, UX, and engineering teams to ensure the product provides maximum value to audience segments.
  • Facilitate quarterly marketing planning with key business units and annual strategic planning organization-wide.
  • Clearly and effectively manage deliverables, monitor team progress, and set and manage expectations with team and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with all members of the leadership team to develop strategy and voice of our brand and messaging to the marketplace, as well as internally.
  • Responsible for establishing a world-class marketing team and product marketers to correctly position the product and grow it in an strategic data-driven fashion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing would be a plus.
  • 10 years of well-rounded marketing/business development; 3 to 5 years of leadership experience with the ability to motivate and provide professional development to the team.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing.
  • Experience developing high-level Marketing and brand strategy in line with the organization's strategic vision.
