CFO Job Description:
• Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team
• Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO and members of the executive management team
• Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting
• Advising on long-term business and financial planning
• Develop financial and tax strategies
• Following the loan process of the Company
• Maintain banking relationships
• Preparation of financial report (monthly)
• Maintain appropriate insurance coverage
• Optimization of project expenses
• Preparation of Contractor’s Contracts Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Subordinates: Accountants.
Length of Probation Period: 3 Months.
Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 8AM-5PM .
Requirements
Requirements:
• The CFO is a senior role that needs a high level of experience so at least 5 years of professional experience is needed.
• At least bachelor degree in financial management or accounting is a must.
• Experience of working in a project-based company is a plus.
• A CFO must display a cohesive ability at interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and written.
• Being fluent in English is a plus.
• Have the experience in opening LC.
• Tracking cash flow and financial planning as well as analyzing the company's financial strengths and weaknesses and proposing corrective actions.
• To be able to work as a member of a team is a must.
