Job Description
• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports
• Full acquaintance with suppliers of restaurant equipment and supplies
• Responsible for managing, planning, health and safety, procurement and coordinating the activities related to kitchen requirements, Maintenance and Services inside the kitchen zone.
Familiar with:
• Iranian cooking skills,
• Persian food recipes,
• Managing raw materials purchasing and storage,
• Maintaining a safe and hygienic kitchen environment,
