
Job Description
• Act as the CEO’s first point of contact with people from both inside and outside the organization. • Monitor office operations including telephone calls, general administrative tasks and schedules appointments and meetings. • Responsible for handling all travel arrangements (domestic and international) • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents, often corresponding on behalf of the manager. • Keeping record of customers and updating customer relationship management systems. • Follow up on the status of requested duties/ tasks for the CEO.
Requirements
• BA/BS preferably in management • At least 3 years of experience of office works specially in ceo office • Confident, creative, able to work with minimal supervision, flexible. • Make optimum use of time, intelligent with high work ethics. • Must be able to maintain confidentiality, trustworthy and excellent work skills. • Cordial and friendly attitude toward others with excellent interpersonal relations. • Highly organized, detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy. • Persian and English typing skills and excellent Persian and English oral communication skills. • Female
