Job Description

• Preparing daily agenda for CEO. • Managing and coordinating meeting, conferences, travel arrangements and accommodation affairs. • Coordinating internal and external meetings. • Prepare and manage correspondences, reports and documents. • Following up tasks as delegated by the Director. • Coordinating office management activities. • Act as the CEO's first point of contact with people from both inside & outside the organization. • Managing other assistants and clerks for on time and smooth flow of office operation. • Work closely with all Directors. • Handle quest problems and complaints in a calm, professional and timely fashion. • Providing Special information and direction to guests requiring special needs. • Serve as a line of communication from the employees to upper management. • Make arrangements for meeting and conferences. • Meet schedules and time lines. • Coordinate all public relation activities. • Performing the best activity based on all CEO orders.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience. • Bachelor or Master's degree. • Gender: Female • Age range: 22-38 • Strong in MS- Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint. • Excellent in MS Office (Word, Excel,..) • Gender Preference: Female • Good knowledge of English language (written & spoken). • Very good communication skill and interpersonal relation.
