Job Description

● Arranging meetings, coordination, and management correspondence. ● Preparing meeting minutes, reports, and any documents required by the CEO. ● Controlling and supervising the affairs of the CEO's office. ● Following up on matters assigned by the management. ● Setting daily plans, meetings, meetings, trips, and visits.

Requirements

● Proficient in English. ● Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook. ● Complete familiarity with letter writing and writing rules. ● Familiar with banking and administrative affairs. ● Excellent expression technique. ● High public relations.
