Job Description

● Provide all supporting documents, information, and other reports as assigned by CEO and board members. ● Communicate, follow up tasks and issues, and manage relationships with stakeholders in order to facilitate the CEO's communications. ● Organize meetings and arranging appointments. ● Prepare letters, presentations, and reports. ● Perform administrative activities, handle and follow -up with correspondences and documentations. ● Handle the CEO's guests, customers, and clients.

Requirements

● At least 4 years of related experience. ● Well organized, on time, multitask, responsible, team working behavior, conflict solving. ● Ability to work with multiple teams and prioritizing each task. ● Strong organizational skills. ● High energy level and flexibility to work to the demands of the role. ● Self-motivated. ● Result oriented. ● Gender preference: Female. ● Ideal age range: 25 - 35 years old.
