-All secretarial affairs like typing, answering phone calls
-Providing general administrative support such as preparing and composing correspondence, arranging meetings (virtual and in-person), processing confidential documents
-Scheduling appointments and meetings, in accordance with CEO's schedule
-Providing a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO and internal departments
-Communicating with managers, individuals, and departments
-Performing executive duties assigned by the CEO
-Respecting confidentiality of documents and all information
*Job Location: At the company HQ in Tehran in the vicinity of Vanak square.
Requirements
-At least Bachelor’s degree
-At least 3 years of relevant work experience
-Skilled in MS Office
-Skilled in coordinating multiple activities
-Skilled in drafting letters, archiving documents, working with office automation systems
-Excellent editing, grammatical, organizational, and research skills.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-Skilled in Time management and multitasking skills
-Familiar with public relations and social media content managing
-Familiar with managing petty-cash funds and employment procedures
-Military Service Status: Done or permanent exemption
-Language skills: English fluency
-Ideal Age Range: Maximum 30 years
-Gender Preference: Male
