- Managing office affairs
- Register all the incoming and outgoing letters
- Responding incoming calls/Faxes/Emails
- Preparing document / Typing Letters
- Coordinating meetings, appointments and travel plans
- Assisting the management in other tasks and activities
- Maintaining schedules and calendars
- Archiving reports, memos, letters and other documents
Requirements
- Gender Preference: Male or Female
- Bachelor's degree from reputable universities
- Minimum 3 years of experience as secretary or CEO assistant in a medium or large size company
- Strong public relation & communication
- Punctual, active, accurate, exhaustive, flexible and patient
- Strong effective follow up
- Good IT skills e.g. Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Good Knowledge of English or Russian
- Ideal Age Range: 22 – 30
