- Manage all Incoming and Outgoing. (Meeting, email, letters, packages)
- Manage all local and international business travels
- Coordinate meetings with department heads, guests and customers
- Formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, researching and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information
- Maintain CEO appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Make travel arrangements (visa, ticket, hotel reservation...)
Requirements
- University qualification: BSc or higher form a reputable university
- At least 10 years of relevant experience
- Powerful Social Communication
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office (word, excel)
- Fluent in English (both Written and Verbal)
- Ability to follow up multiple tasks within deadlines
- Being very precise, responsible, punctual, respectful
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
- Well-organized, self-motivated, talented and computer-literate
