Job Description

- Organizing and executing of all daily activities. - Scheduling appointments and meetings, in accordance with CEO's schedule. - Respecting confidentiality of documents and all information. - Arranging meetings, collecting and coordinating the flow of internal and external information. - Communicating with individuals and departments, Coordinating meetings when needed.

Requirements

- At least Bachelor degree in related field - At least 3 years' experience in related field - Excellent knowledge in Microsoft office package - Excellent typing skills in both Farsi and English - Multitasking capabilities
