Job Description:
- Organizing, planning & following up the internal activities related to the management office
- Assist the CEO in planning, organizing, and executing of all daily activities
- Monitoring the CEO's agenda, managing the phone, e-mail traffic
- Preparing Internal /external assigned by the management and report the results
- Arranges, manages and organizes CEO daily, weekly and monthly schedule
- Arranging meetings, Collecting and coordinating the flow of internal and external information
- Gather data and regularly update the related database
- Coordinating with different divisions
- Internal and external written communication
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree
- Mastery in using MS Office software
- Multitasking capabilities
- Positive Service delivery and Hospitality attitude
- High level of communication, team work and organization skills
- Ideal Age: 22 - 35
- At least 3 years’ Experience in related field.
