Job Description

Objective: Assist the Compensation & Benefits function by developing, implementing policies to ensure effective & competitive C&B strategy. Focal Areas: � Job Descriptions � Job Evaluation � Grading & Mapping � Organizational Charts � Salary Survey & Salary Planning Key Responsibilities: � Designs the set of different compensation and benefits policies � Designs the basic compensation structures in the organization (grading system, job evaluation system, job description policy, promotion policy, etc.) aligned with the corporate culture and the corporate values. � Coordinates compensation processes like the salary planning, bonus planning and incentive schemes development � Preparing Salary Survey reports & gap analysis.

Requirements

General Requirements: � Education: BA or MA in HRM / Industrial Engineering / Accounting � C&B Work Experience: 2 years � Writing JD Experience: 1 year � Communication in English: Advanced � MS Office (Excel, Word): Advanced � Salary Survey Experience: Familiar Skills required: � Strong and proven analytical skills � Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) � Excellent Communication skills � Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines � Team Player � Education: BA or MA in HRM or Industrial Engineering � Compensation & Benefit experience: Min 2 years
