We seek a highly skilled and motivated campaign manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and achieve business objectives.
Roles:
Develop and execute marketing campaigns based on marketing objectives such as Brand awareness, new user acquisition, lead generation, etc.
Develop and implement impactful Online and offline marketing initiatives, ATL and BTL campaigns, including guerrilla marketing, event sponsorships, billboard campaigns, etc.
Manage the integration, and coordination of all internal and external resources to ensure all marketing campaigns and communications are executed in a timely, accurate, and legally compliant manner.
Effectively interface with cross-functional teams to understand overall business strategy.
Manage campaign budgets and track KPIs to measure success and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
Drive impactful results by developing, executing, and analyzing digital campaigns leveraging paid search, ads, and social influencer marketing.
Make data-driven decisions coupled with planning and a strong analytical mind.
Prepare final reports of campaigns and give recommendations for improvement.
Leverage potential creative, production, and market timing synergies across channels, markets, and consumer segments.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in campaign management.
Proven track record of success in developing and executing high-impact marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Strong understanding of marketing metrics and analytics, with the ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
