Organizational Process Specialist
The Organizational Process Specialist is responsible for analyzing, designing, improving, and standardizing organizational processes. By leveraging process management tools and continuous improvement methodologies, this role aims to enhance organizational efficiency, quality, agility, and compliance with management standards. Through effective collaboration with various departments, the specialist contributes to improving the integration and effectiveness of operational processes across the organization.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, Quality Management, or a related field.
Work Experience
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance, Management Systems, or Methods & Procedures.
Experience in the cement industry or similar manufacturing industries is considered an advantage.
Technical Skills
Familiarity with BPMN standards and process modeling tools.
Strong knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM), Business Process Reengineering (BPR), BPMS, and Lean methodologies.
Ability to analyze data and work with process performance indicators (KPIs).
Familiarity with the requirements of management system standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
Proficiency in data analysis and report preparation.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Certifications
