Task Complexity:
• To constantly act for business development of products on all AP Platforms.
• To capture digital product requirements from business perspective to address them through 3rd parties
• To review Fintech/digital products to ensure their compliance to set business objectives and product document description
• Dealing with third party companies led to find successful joint campaigns with technology start-ups
• preparing and execute complete Go-To-Market plans in different Startups areas
• Providing business cases and other financial analysis for approval
• Managing to find new markets and customer segments for internet service
• Gathering data on main startup players and analyze their strategies, sales, and method of marketing and distribution
• Gathering requests and suggest change on Fintech products and platforms according to business objectives needs and communicate them with product team to be implemented, tested and launched for commercial use.
• Organizing 3rd parties by providing consultancy, assisting in draft of business plan and support follow ups and resource allocation for their better service
• Providing market planning, positioning, market entry mode, market segmentation, and competitive analysis for digital products in association with product and support teams.
• Generating monthly and weekly performance review report of digital services 3rd parties’ performance and provide feedback to both management and SPs/CPs.
• Implementing digital/Fintech product life cycle management plans according to approved roadmaps and milestones.
