•Main Objective:
We're looking for data-driven salespeople to manage international and national accounts of online marketplaces. If you're a self-starter with a consultative approach of selling — with experience of pitching sales to the vast majority of the audience and cultivating great client relationships —This job is for you.
•Main Responsibilities:
-Work on sales in E-commerce and follow-up activities
-Create and execute global Supply Chain supplier engagement strategy to support the profitable growth of an important new Private Brands program
-Manage operational performance of suppliers, drive operational efficiencies by leveraging our global programs across our supplier base
-Lead capacity planning activities, ensuring that we have the right footprint to support our marketplace partners
-Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
-Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
-Scheduling appointments, preparing and delivering a presentation to the client, having researched their business and requirements
-Identify and develop new and existing referral sources to develop successful referring relationships
-Analysis of market development and competitors’ activity in the industry
-Actively identify and generate prospects through strategic sales strategies focusing on customers in target markets
-Achieve revenue goals
-Managing and maintain good working relationships with existing clients previously to enhance client retention and new sales through referrals and references
-Direct and coordinate activities of products, services, and subjects of sale
Requirements
-Between 3 to 5 years of experience in relevant field
-Strong team-working skills
-An analytical nature
-Self-motivated
-Excellent written and oral communication skills
-Passion for creating solutions with a positive attitude to change
-Data extraction capabilities
-Problem-solving and analytics passion and ability
-Analytical with the ability to use data to provide solutions
-High-level of knowledge on Amazon, Alibaba.com, Digikala marketplace
-Professional trader with a strong understanding of key principles such as Tax, shipment, transportation and freight forwarders
-Curious, accurate, adaptable, and constantly learning
-Team player and enthusiastic stakeholder partner in bringing products to market
-Ability to define the scope of projects, review requirements, and approve timeframes
-Managing expectations and developing business aspects
-Predominate of English
-Ideal Age Range: Minimum 18
