The Business Development Manager will focus on potential new business and technologies that will assist HUB in meeting and exceeding its objectives.
Main responsibilities:
Screens potential business opportunities and business models
Exploring opportunities to add value to the project
Managing, overseeing and developing the relationship in the multi-dimensional ecosystem
Develop business models including projected sales, potential market penetration, gross margins, risk analysis, and business feasibility
Identifies or proposes potential business deals; discovering and exploring new opportunities
Screens potential business opportunities by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities
Conducts and documents competitive research, paradigm shifting technologies, new market trends, and customer requirements
Produce marketing analysis and reports / presentations to company
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and portfolio satisfaction
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Provide trustworthy feedback and support
Writing reports and provide management with feedback
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry event
Requirements
University qualifications:
MBA in Marketing or ICT or relevant field
Specialist knowledge:
Sufficient knowledge in Telco, ICT and relevant field
Previous experience:
Minimum 5 years in related fields
Qualifications:
Proven working experience as a senior business development person
Ability to work as a team member
Ability to contribute and manage multi projects efficiently
Proven sales track record
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Excellent communication and people skills
Excellent documentation and reporting skills
Demonstrable experience in deal with high-level negotiations
