Job Description
-Is responsible to interacts with market to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services, Identifies, evaluates, and pursues business opportunities with partners or potential customers, also handles and resolves customer's complaints.
-Supervise the day-to-day operations to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures.
-Prepare reports timely and accurately to meet Savola and department requirements, policies and standards.
-Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
