Business Development Analysis General Manager

Job Description

•To engage in regular research to stay apprised of the state of the MENA and IRAN economy, global financial markets, and general current events •To lead construction of detailed financial models to develop business cases for capital projects under evaluation, including the development of long-term operational projections underlying Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) valuation models •Continually analyze company performance and propose business initiatives aimed at various financial investments to boost revenue streams •To develop and manage a framework to explore local and / or international investment opportunities. •To drive preparation of RFP (Request for Proposal), RFI (Request for Investment), RFQ (Request for Qualifications) financial templates and conditions to invest or acquire a growing business •To manage MTNIrancell investment portfolio and ensure profitability of projected investments, also provide reports in this regard to ExCo and Board members. •To present investment opportunities and cases in detailed analysis in top management meetings and obtain their buy in to take proper action •Oversee the special projects requested by the office of the CEO. •To participate in various joint meetings with external parties and lead information gathering for Fundamental Analysis •To lead the IPO (Initial Public Offering) process when the company is required to do so by CRA (Credit Rating Agency) •To collaborate with Vista Company in order to review and validate financial analysis results delivered by the entity and act as consultant body for financial matters for the company. •Ensure compliance of all deadlines and reporting requirements.
