Job Description

• Planning and Implementing Market research; • Participating in the project life-cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities; • Performing activities of project inception such as feasibility study and cooperation in proposal preparation; • Gathering market information and apply to sales strategy; • Performing activities related to project planning, Creating WBS of each project and preparation of project schedule using MS project Software; • Supervision on documentation and information transferring based on company's standards and procedures; • Performing business process analysis, mapping and documenting processes; • Determining business requirements for existing and future operations in collaboration with other units; • Preparing SOPs for various functions of the project for future operation. Reporting to : Project Manager Number required : 1 Duration : Permanent Desired start date : ASAP Probation : 3 months Working hours : 45 hours per week Travel requirements : Occasional travel within country

Requirements

University qualifications : B.S/ M.S. in Industrial Engineering or Management Previous experience : At least 2 years of related experience Specialist knowledge : Project Management, Research, Financial analysis, business analysis Skills and Experiences: • Be capable of Brainstorming, Document analysis, Focus group, Interface analysis, Process mapping and effective benchmarking; • Extensive experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives; • Ability to absorb and present back information quickly; • Able to robustly challenge given information, perform gap analysis and cover various viewpoints; • Able to understand maps, drawings and verify facts and figures of the project components; • Able to Understand Organization Chart and main Responsibilities of all functional areas, Be Familiar with Human Resource Management Methods; • Knowledge and experience of BPMN would be an advantage. Other Skills : Strong Computer Skills (MS Office) English language fluency (written) Eager to learn; Task Oriented; Team working experience; Strong communication and negotiation skills; Enthusiastic, energetic and social; Presentation skills.
