Job Description

The mission of this position at Zarrin Roya is to prepare and compile the brand and product development strategy and plan to maintain the brand identity.

The key tasks and responsibilities of this position are as follows:

  • To design and develop the long-term plan for the brand and product according to market research and available data.
  • To design an annual marketing plan based on the long-term brand strategy.
  • To prepare the brand guide document if needed.
  • To design the main idea of annual campaigns in line with brand strategy and values.
  • To develop new product designs in co-creation with the R&D department.
  • To design and supervise the manufacturing of the product packaging.
  • To check and evaluate the data and analyze the brand data and competitors through market research companies and internal information to check the status of the brand and decide on the brand promotion and improvement.
  • To carry out the necessary activities to maintain and improve brand performance indicators, including market share, brand awareness, brand trial and usage, sales trade, and related matters.
  • To compile and allocate the marketing budget according to required activities and projects.
  • To participate in the pricing strategy in interaction with related departments, taking into account market research and analysis of competitors' activities.
  • To examine the compliance of the implementation of activities with the developed strategies.
  • To design market and consumer research in co-creation with CMI dept.
  • To analyze brand sales data to ensure the best possible brand performance.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of managerial experience in brand strategy.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management, Communication Sciences, or an MBA graduate.
  • Strong in accountability, consumer-oriented, systemic thinking, effective communications people management, and team making.
  • Proficiency in recognition of market and competitors, principles of advertising, marketing and branding, and market research.
  • Fluent in English.
