Job Description
- Spearhead the marketing functional strategy and plans, based on thorough analysis of market, environment, competitive and consumer trends as well as the desired business objectives of the company.
- Once approved by the Management, to ensure high quality execution of the marketing plans in a coordinated fashion with Sales, Medical, Operation, SSD, R&D, and/or advertising agency and research agency within agreed objectives and budget.
- Lead research projects from the initial brief to analysis, methodology and recommendation to deliver business growth.
- Monitor the competition in coordination with sales team & Medical team
- Gain approval from key stakeholders of concepts / value-adding ideas and drive them to effective completion
- Drive launch projects in multi-functional/stakeholder and diverse environment.
- Ensure communication is up to date, consistent with brand guidelines and brand footprint, and are in line with legal requirements / restrictions.
- Develop marketing activities (print copy, Promotional materials, ex ...) and support medical team and markets with implementation.
- Artwork Development based on Danone Global artwork for each brand platform
- Drive relevant unique & differentiated communication strategies and messages in line with Medical
- Translate the consumer insights and benefits into the science and HCP communication and integrate into the overall brand plan.
