Identify key strategies and sales tactics to grow the organization's sales.
Oversee all aspects of B2B sales, including customer negotiations, sales developments, field marketing support, generating customer insights, and actionable reporting and analysis.
Work with sales leadership to provide input to annual goal setting and strategy development.
Create a new flow for complex B2B customer segments.
Analyze and measure the results at hand ready from sales.
Report to senior managers on a daily and weekly basis.
Requirements
Good negotiation skills.
Perfectly familiar with Microsoft Office.
Perfectly familiar with the customer relationship cycle.
Familiar with B2B sales processes in retail/FMCG industries.
