
Job Description
- Searching for new clients who could benefit from products in a designated region - Enable to liaise regularly with other sales staff, and colleagues from other departments such as technical, commercial, administration, finance and senior company managers. - Travelling to visit potential clients - Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customer - Managing and interpreting customer requirement - Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs - Calculating client inquiries - Negotiating and finalizing sales by agreeing terms and conditions - Preparing reports for sales supervisor - Meeting regular sales targets - Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs - Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts - Solving client problems - Providing support material for the sales team Requirements - BS/MS university degree in mechanical engineering with a concentration in manufacturing - 3 years experience as an industrial sales engineer. - Machining experience and having cutting tools information are preferred. - Willingness and ability to travel - Excellent written and oral communication skill - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Creativity to approach sales and build customer relationships in groundbreaking new ways - Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail - Negotiation and social problem -solving skills - Computer proficiency and the ability to accurately enter data and generate reports - Familiarity with OFFICE software and CAD/CAM software.
