• Establish a compelling B2B sales vision, identify key strategies and execute tactics to deliver ambitious growth targets.
• Oversee all aspects of B2B sales, including negotiating with the customers, sales enhancements, field marketing support, customer insights generation, and actionable reporting and analytics.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to provide input into annual goal setting and strategy development.
• Develop a deep nurturing flow for sophisticated B2B customer segments.
• Measure, analyze and report on results to drive actionable insights.
• Ensure customer data and insights from portfolio are turned into actions and communicated across the department.
Requirements
• BS in Marketing, Industrial or Finance Management or Equivalent degree.
• 3 – 5 Years’ Experience in Sales, Experience in B2B Sales is a Plus.
• English (Full professional proficiency – Advantage)
• Full Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Strong Negotiation Skills.
• Sales Oriented.
