Job Description
● Collaborate with the marketing team in creating marketing plans, aligning team priorities with business objectives to deliver high-quality work on time and on budget.
● Develop creative briefs based on ideas established in brainstorming sessions, and work from a brief with a copywriter, to come up with ideas.
● Work with outsourced specialists, such as artists and photographers, to work on different projects
● Ensure everyone in the marketing team and organization understands and unfailingly sticks to the brand guidelines
● Guide, Review, critique, and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by other design creative team members or external vendors
● Set targets, provide updates, receive feedback, and present the final campaign.
● Conduct research to better understand brand objectives, target markets, and industry trends.
● Coordinate resources with other departments to create a cohesive, effective campaign.
● Establish budgets and timelines and deliver the finished campaign within those parameters.
● Troubleshoot design, staff, or process problems as they arise.
● Ensure that all aspects of the campaign align with the marketing strategies.
● Look for ways to improve art department processes.
