We're searching for a passionate and visionary art director to join our dynamic team and lead the charge in shaping our visual identity. You'll be the mastermind behind our creative campaigns, from crafting captivating visuals to overseeing every pixel of our brand experience. Roles:

Develop and execute a cohesive brand vision across all touchpoints, from print and digital media to packaging and environmental design.
Conceptualize and lead the creation of high-impact visual assets, including illustrations, photography, infographics, and motion graphics.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, copywriting, product development) to ensure brand consistency and messaging.
Stay ahead of the curve on design trends and technologies, constantly innovating and pushing creative boundaries.
Manage graphic designers and video editors, providing direction and feedback to ensure quality and adherence to deadlines.
Present creative concepts and proposals to stakeholders, persuasively advocating for your vision.
Analyze the performance and adapt strategies based on data insights.

Requirements

3+ years of experience as an art director or in a similar creative leadership role.
A strong portfolio showcasing your diverse design skills and ability to tell compelling stories through visuals.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
A keen eye for detail and a relentless pursuit of excellence.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.
A passion for design and a deep understanding of how visuals can impact brand perception.
