- Ensure sustainable achievement of expected results in terms of KPIs and fundamentals like coverage, distribution, in-store visibility/availability in respective area
- Implement, follow and measure the monthly targets week by week in order to ensure reaching the area's targets and increasing sales of Company’s product
- Assign sales territories, breakdown sales targets and establish efficient routs for the team of sales force
- Build a sales plan, analyze data, prepare required reports and provide market insight for sales development and Marketing team
- Establish and Maintain relationship with existing customers and resolve complaints regarding sales and service
- Regular visits to the market for back check and to review and evaluate performance of sales force based KPIs
- Lead team's development and training in a positive spirit driving at fair evaluation of individual performances
- Work closely with Logistic department and try to improve efficiency of on-time and in-full distribution of products in respective area
- Understand business need and bring practical strategies to overcome obstacles
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in sales and marketing field (At least 2 years in managerial position)
- Significant experience of managing sales force and working with distributors
- Familiar with sales and distribution fundamentals and KPIs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and conflict management skills
- Strong computer skills and professional user of MS Office (Especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Ability to motivate and lead a team
- Capable of delivering quick solutions to the marketing troubles and overcome obstacles
- Work calmly and positive under pressure
- Willing and eager to travel frequently
