- Area Managers are mainly responsible for regional supply-demand matching. The main goals are reaching area marketing target levels and vendors sales optimization. Action plans should be based on comprehensive demand & supply analysis in the area, vendors marketing, user retention activities and solving operational blockers.
- You should be comfortable in an "all hands on deck" environment, love solving problems, thrive in fast-paced culture, and above all be passionate about food and our restaurant partners.
Main Responsibilities:
- Drive on-the-ground knowledge and context about the area both supply and demand side based on internal and external data sources.
- Determine area supply gaps in different services and food types, proposing leads to sales team considering area demands
- Define track KPIs for both vendors’ and users’ side and make proper timely actions to reach targets.
- Conduct vendor marketing activities for different categories of vendors to improve related KPIs
- Tracking users’ retention KPIs and doing marketing activities to improve them.
- Determine operational blockers and all kind of issues for reaching area targets and following up solving them.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Engineering, Economics, Math, Statistics, Computer Science, etc.)
- Demonstrated interest or experience in marketing
- Capable of analysis and/or understand data and transform it into relevant insights
- Time management and organizational skills with the ability of multitasking and prioritizing
- Comfort with and be able to stay focused in an ambiguous and rapidly evolving work environment
- Proficient in Excel, Knowledge of SQL preferred but not required
- Proficiency in English
