Job Description

● Achieve volume targets by preparing, negotiating, and implementing customer annual business plans. ● Propose trade terms for Key Accounts and successfully negotiate agreements with these accounts. ● Develop tailor-made promotions plan for his assigned Key Accounts in order to optimize the performance. Recommend appropriate action to ensure the achievement of distribution and volume targets in each account. ● Ensure implementation of merchandising standards. ● Manage with excellence budgets for Key Account activity, control the budget execution according to plan, including monthly accruals. ● Build and keep sustainable relationships with key accounts. ● Recommend the best structure for the Key Account Department and recruit the best resources. ● Manage, coach, and develop reports in line with the department's needs. ● Establish weekly and monthly sales forecasts. ● Follow-up on customer’s payments.

Requirements

● At least 8 years of experience in FMCG sales. At least 5 years of experience in the Key Account field. ● English language. ● Strategic skills. ● Team management skills. ● Strong analytical, planning skills. ● Sales, merchandising, and negotiation skills. ● Tact and diplomacy, account management skills. ● Good presentation skills. ● Excellent communication skills. ● PC knowledge: MS Word, Excel, and Power Point.
