Technical Requirements and Skills
• Proficiency in Revit Architecture.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• A sound understanding of BIM workflows and building information management principles.
• Ability to create, modify, and manage parametric Revit families.
• Thorough knowledge of architectural construction documentation standards and principles.
• A sound understanding of construction detailing, building methods, and the sequencing of on-site operations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of building materials, their properties, and installation methods.
• Familiarity with national building codes and regulations.
• Ability to perform quality checks on models, drawings, and construction deliverables.
• Ability to interpret structural and MEP drawings.
• Ability to resolve construction-related issues and propose practical, buildable solutions.
• Familiarity with quantity takeoffs, preliminary cost estimating, material lists, and finish schedules is an advantage.
