Job Description
● Coordination and supervising all airfreight shipment. ● Do the pricing and keeping the communication with agent network. ● Monitor the work flow and budget of the department. ● Lead and motivate the team, drive quality and performance. ● Develop the overall operational strategy for the local airfreight forwarding department. ● Advise on key decisions pertaining to the day to day activities for the air and operations department, consulting with senior management when necessary. ● Participate to the contract setting and monitor portfolio client payment with the collection. ● Maintain a database of customers with current feedback on business.
Requirements
● Excellent communication skills in English. ● Good knowledge of working with logistic software and fully computer literate ● Having the ability of negotiation. ● knowing the airfreight operation and industry. ● At least 5 years experience working in Airfreight operations. ● Have experience and understanding of issues and working practices in the Iran, Middle East and world wide Logistics market. ● Experience in managing and motivating people and teams to deliver high levels of operational and commercial performance in a multicultural environment.
