- Analyzing parts and identifying defects.
- Checking the amplitude by PVQI device to check the return parts.
- Ensuring that faulty components are removed from customer lines and reducing PPM.
- Mastering the requirements of Sapco and Sazeh Gostar.
- Preparedness and cooperation in carrying out internal and external audits.
- Participation in internal and external audit action plan.
- Monitoring customer complaints and tracking response to customer complaints.
- Analyzing and disposition of returned and defective parts.
Requirements
- At least Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, and Polymer fields and other related fields.
- At least 3 years' experience in the field of after-sales services in the automotive industry.
- Familiarity with the automobile industry and its system.
- Mastering the requirements of Sapko and Sazeh Gostar.
- Good familiarity with customer requirements.
- Fluent in Office software.
- Good team-working skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with English language.
