Job Description
- Participate on-site project as FSR (Field Service Representative) for direct projects - Execute all work in accordance with SEI and Customer safety regulations and Requirements-All non-safe area/product/project must be reported - Execute and complete all relevant reports in an accurate and timely way. Distribute reports according to existing procedures - Inform about any business opportunity discovered at the customer through operation manager - Execute timely reporting of all discovered Technical Issues regularly to Operation manager - Execute maintenance activities in local “service room†to follow warranty policy and customer satisfactions - Execute on-site projects for preventive maintenance/corrective maintenance which need to be done. The product includes VSD/SOFTSTARTERS/LV CB/ protection relays
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Electrical engineer - General knowledge of protection relays, VFD, and breakers - Keen, curious on learning for all related product and be active in this regard - 1 to 5 years of relevant work experience in field service / production line maintenance with good hand skills. - Good command of spoken and written English and Farsi - Good team player and willing to travel frequently - Customer oriented, can work under pressure and solve issues independently - Willing to work overtime and flexible hours to resolve customer issues - Military Service should be completed or exempted - Driving license
