Job Description

What we expect for this job:

  • Prepare a comprehensive list of academic fields of study and provide relevant information about each field.
  • Manage admission affairs, including processing applications, reviewing documentation, and assessing eligibility criteria.
  • Effectively handle telephone and email inquiries from prospective students, parents, teachers, counselors, and universities.
  • Accurately complete university applications for all academic levels, ensuring the correctness and integrity of entered information.
  • Enter pertinent information about universities into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Monitor and track applicants' responses to admission decisions, and promptly update faculties regarding applicants' status.
  • Ensure the appropriate handling and support of international students and clients.
  • Maintain regular communication with academic and administrative staff, facilitating efficient information exchange.
