● Answering the phone, receiving and sending phone and fax messages to the CEO.
● Arranging and coordinating plans and time management of CEO appointments.
● Archiving documents, documents and electronic, paper messages, and private or confidential documents.
● Typing, preparing, and setting agendas, meeting minutes, required administrative correspondence, and invitations related to managers' meetings.
● Supervising catering services and other services required by the CEO's office.
Requirements
● Two to three years of relevant work experience.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office.
● Fluent in English.
