Job Description

● Answering the phone, receiving and sending phone and fax messages to the CEO. ● Arranging and coordinating plans and time management of CEO appointments. ● Archiving documents, documents and electronic, paper messages, and private or confidential documents. ● Typing, preparing, and setting agendas, meeting minutes, required administrative correspondence, and invitations related to managers' meetings. ● Supervising catering services and other services required by the CEO's office.


● Two to three years of relevant work experience. ● Proficient in Microsoft Office. ● Fluent in English. Personality characteristics: ● Punctuality and work discipline. ● High public relations and ability to communicate in the work environment. ● Appropriate and friendly social behavior. ● Familiarity with administrative rules and regulations and personnel information. ● Attention to detail.
