- Objective of the role: improving HR efficiency, finding the best solution for improving admin system, controlling and monitoring the running costs of company.
- List of responsibilities: 1-conduct of employee affair 2- conduct of procurement affair 3-conduct of sub branches affair 4-conduct of maintenance affair 5-conduct of relationship affair.
- Reporting to: Managing Director, Quality assurance Management.
- Length of Probation Period: 3 months.
- Working hours: 8-16:30.
- Travel requirements: once a 2-3 months to branches.
- Gross Monthly Base Salary: min 4 Million toman.
- Commission / Bonus / Benefits: as per evaluation form, bonuses based on Work of Law in Iran.
Requirements
- University Qualifications: Bachelor in human resource management -bachelor in business administration management.
- Other certifications obtained: Human resource - ISO 9001 2015.
- Nature and length of previous experience: at least 7 years’ experience.
- Specialist knowledge: word, excel, power point, photo shop.
- Soft Skills and Personality traits: leadership ability - good negotiation skill - ability to work as a team member - excellent communication skills.
