Job description:
• Recording and documenting daily financial transactions in accounting systems.
• Preparation and presentation of monthly and annual financial reports.
• Management and follow-up of accounts receivable and payable.
• Ensuring compliance and accuracy of financial documents with accounting standards.
• Collaborate with the finance team to optimize work processes.
• Checking accounts receivable and payable.
• Analyze data to understand production and revenue status.
• Sending quarterly transactions and added value statement.
• Controlling bank statements and matching them with financial books and investigating bank discrepancies.
• Updating foreign exchange bank records and obtaining related documents
• Carrying out the work related to obtaining the contract and settlement of insurance contracts
• Issuing sales invoices and completing relevant documents and approvals and sending them to the employer
• Documenting salaries and expenses.
• Carrying out the property and fixed asset labeling process
• Support the financial team in carrying out assigned tasks.
