● Doing accounting and insurance activities, responsible for financial process (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General accounting).
● Providing and analyzing financial reports (weekly), controlling and confirming accounting documents.
● Use Accounting/Office software tools effectively.
● Responding emails, letters and inquiries.
● Archiving reports, memos, letters and other documents.
● Keep records of financial transaction and support documents.
● Reconcile Outstanding Customer Balances.
● Issuing sales orders and sales invoices.
● Periodic warehousing.
● Close monthly accounts to submit timely reports.
● Participation in calculating the projects and activities cost.
● Participate in the preparation of management accounting information and analyze them.
● Participate in the preparation of financial statements.
Requirements
● Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accountancy or Finance.
● At least 3 years' experience as accountant in manufacturing (Preferred) or trading companies.
● Preferred Good Proficiency of Tadbir (accounting) & Sabz Software's.
● Experienced Mastery of MS Office specially Excel and Word.
● Intermediate level in English and good mastery of dealing with computer (Important).
● Ability to work under pressure and attention to details.
● Communication and interpersonal skills.
● Must pay strong attention to details in order to be able to keep information accurate and organized.
● Good Understanding of principles and nature of financial accounts and the ability to separate them.
● Thorough knowledge of tax laws.
● Self-motivated and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
● Skilled in Accounting standards.
● Observance of work discipline.
● Ability to learn continuously.
● Ideal age range: 25 - 35 .
