Accountant

Job Description

1. Proficient in recording and maintaining daily accounting documents
2. Familiarization with accounting software and mastery of working with the financial system of Noosa and Solutions
3. Cooperating with the production planning unit to reconcile production statistics with financial records
4. Definition and control of cost centers in the financial system
5. Control and registration of fixed assets of production lines
6. Controlling production personnel salaries and cost allocation to cost centers
7. Inventory pricing control based on standard methods
8. Getting to know the warehouse, closing warehouse accounts, production and cost at the end of each month
9. Preparing a report of the cost price of each product and the gross profit margin
10. Preparation of inventory circulation report and control of capital sleep in the warehouse
11. Complete mastery of tax affairs, including declaration, added value, quarterly transactions (quarterly reports) and registration of sales and purchase invoices - Modian system
12. Designing and implementing internal controls to prevent stock shortages and wrong registrations
13. Direct supervision of warehouse accounting and cost accounting
Necessary conditions:
1- At least bachelor's degree in accounting
2- Having work experience for 3-5 years in industry/production
3- Accuracy, discipline and high responsibility
4- Ability to analyze and report
5- Age 25-35 years
