Job Description

● Assist the chief accountant in preparing monthly financial statements, budgets, and reports. ● Systemic and physical inventory control of warehouses with real inventory provided by the warehouseman on a monthly basis. ● Budget control and related calculations. ● Control and report materials sent to produce, goods, and waste received from production during the warehousing report. ● Prepare consumption deviation report. ● َAssist chief accountant in order to set up system and cost management software and management accounting. ● Assist the chief accountant in policymaking and control of purchase and warehouse documents and cost reports. ● BOM control of products and verification of production machine efficiency and factory capacity measurement in order to calculate and control the real cost, standard, and budget. ● Establish a system and registration of accounting documents for the cost of products and waste. ● Submit reports and timely notification of any restrictions in performing the assigned tasks or any weaknesses in the executive methods, along with corrective suggestions to the superior authority.
