Job Description

• Making healthy relationship with customers • Achievement to monthly sales target • Collecting account and invoice • Controlling stock availability and preparing order form/requisition • Managing sales team and promoter • implementing sales scheme • Dividing sales target plan by monthly and weekly • Training product knowledge , sales and merchandising • Implementing back check weekly Achievements : • Making full coverage in territory • Increasing sales value • Visual Merchandising • supervising the cash counters operation, counter closing and cash collection • Conducting research on users opinions and marketing strategies and collaborating with marketing team • Utilize all available resources to reach out to prospects • Develop and implement product category management plan to meet business needs, enhance stakeholder engagement, and challenge and motivate providers to optimize service outcomes. • Lead and manage the product category management team and cross-functional working groups to achieve a high-level of performance, integration and consistency in procurement across all product categories. • Training and manage the sales team . team development and facilitating staff learning. motivate team to achieve the target set for store handling unusual circumstances. handle problems and complaints analyze sales data and act accordingly. make sure to meet brand standards. conduct market research

Requirements

-5 years experiences -fluent in English( having arabic or ordu capabilities is advantage) -Self motivate -hardworker -Multitask management skills -having required accounting knowledge -Having driving licence -patient -Single -Male
