-Design and implementation of procedures and policies based on company comprehensive strategies and following up improvement of organization's HR practices
-Preparing & update organization chart according organization needs and goals
-preparation job descriptions, person specifications and requirement of competencies
-Recruitment process (planning, budgeting, job advertise activities, screening CVs, Choose qualified candidates, job interview process)
-Talent and retention management and related strategies and plans
-Assisting, redesigning and preparation compensation pack align with other HR functions
-Plan, design and conduct training process and developing programs
-Plan, design and conduct motivational and voluntary programs to increase positive sprits
-performance management and career planning
-Recognizing organization culture, code of conducts and climate (atmosphere) and proactive participation in improvement
-Applied evaluations such as engagement, satisfactions, attitudes
-Administration managing (labor and legal relations, Insurances, personnel and service activities)
-Collecting, processing, maintenance and analysis of data (dashboard management) related to HR
